2. Scope of Application
These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products (especially PDF guides) via the website auramomentsofstyle.com. By making a purchase, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The version valid at the time of purchase applies.
3. Digital Products
Our products are exclusively digital content in PDF format. After payment is completed, you will receive a download link via email. The download link is time-limited and restricted to a certain number of downloads. No delivery on physical media is provided.
4. Prices and Payment
All prices are stated in euros (€). Payment is processed through the secure payment provider Stripe. No payment data is stored on our servers. The purchase price is due immediately and will be charged at checkout.
5. Right of Withdrawal – Switzerland and International
Since these are digital contents made available for download immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract fulfillment. By making a purchase, you expressly agree that the contract is fully fulfilled upon provision of the download link.
6. Special Provisions for EU Consumers
For consumers residing in the European Union, the following additional provisions apply:
6.1 Right of Withdrawal for Digital Content As an EU consumer, you generally have a 14-day right of withdrawal. However, this right of withdrawal expires prematurely if:
- you expressly agree that the download begins before the withdrawal period expires, AND
- you confirm that you thereby lose your right of withdrawal.
This consent is given by checking the corresponding checkbox at checkout. Without this consent, the download will not be activated.

6.3 Consumer Rights Mandatory consumer protection provisions of your EU member state remain unaffected by these Terms and Conditions. Should individual provisions of these Terms and Conditions conflict with mandatory consumer protection regulations of your country, the more favorable consumer protection provisions apply.
7. Copyright
All content in the purchased PDF guides is protected by copyright. The purchase entitles you exclusively to private use. Distribution, reproduction, publication, or commercial use – even in part – is not permitted without express written permission from Aura Moments of Style.
8. Availability and Technical Requirements
To open the PDF files, you need a PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader). We assume no liability for technical problems on the buyer’s end, particularly not for missing software, internet connection issues, or incompatible devices.
9. Disclaimer
The content of our PDF guides is provided exclusively for informational and inspirational purposes. We assume no liability for decisions made based on the content. All information is created to the best of our knowledge, but without guarantee of completeness or accuracy.
10. Privacy
The processing of your personal data is carried out in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which can be viewed on our website. Your data is used exclusively to process the purchase and is not shared with third parties, except where necessary for contract fulfillment (e.g., Stripe as payment provider).
11. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction
Swiss law applies, excluding the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods (CISG). The place of jurisdiction is Switzerland. For EU consumers, the mandatory consumer protection provisions of their home country apply in addition, as per Section 6.3.
12. Dispute Resolution

We reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. The current version is available on our website. For purchases already completed, the Terms and Conditions valid at the time of purchase apply.
