Scope of Application<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These Terms and Conditions apply to all purchases of digital products (especially PDF guides) via the website auramomentsofstyle.com. By making a purchase, you accept these Terms and Conditions. The version valid at the time of purchase applies.  <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>3. Digital Products<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Our products are exclusively digital content in PDF format. After payment is completed, you will receive a download link via email. The download link is time-limited and restricted to a certain number of downloads. No delivery on physical media is provided.   <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>4. Prices and Payment<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All prices are stated in euros (\u20ac). Payment is processed through the secure payment provider Stripe. No payment data is stored on our servers. The purchase price is due immediately and will be charged at checkout.   <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>5. Right of Withdrawal \u2013 Switzerland and International<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Since these are digital contents made available for download immediately after purchase, the right of withdrawal expires upon commencement of contract fulfillment. By making a purchase, you expressly agree that the contract is fully fulfilled upon provision of the download link. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>6. Availability and Technical Requirements<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To open the PDF files, you need a PDF reader (e.g., Adobe Acrobat Reader). We assume no liability for technical problems on the buyer&#8217;s end, particularly not for missing software, internet connection issues, or incompatible devices. <\/p>\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-alpha-channel-opacity\"\/>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>9. Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The content of our PDF guides is provided exclusively for informational and inspirational purposes.
